Grampian Stars highlights the technology and innovation stories coming out of regional Victoria. We focus on practical tools, local success stories, and the people building strong businesses outside the capital cities.

The site is edited by Dave Mitchell, who grew up near Stawell, spent 15 years in Melbourne tech, and moved back to Ballarat to work on regional projects.

We keep our coverage grounded in the realities of regional life: connectivity, skills, funding, and the time it takes to build momentum. If a city trend is not useful for country business, we say so.
